There is quite a few different themes for this years yearbook. It's 2013, the year of graduation for me and the rest of my class, and this years theme should be something of reminiscence, a reminder of what we all experienced the last couple of years.
One theme that I like is: "Small impression, Big impact" because we all came from different schools, different cultures, and different experiences and came to grow to be a unity, a family. When everyone looks back at Junior year, August term think back to how you felt. We all felt the same way, some came with friends from their old school, others came and stood alone, nervous and anxious. Since then, everything is different, friendships were made, people came to be closer, we all fell into our own group of friends or our own "clique", but it all started with the first impressions we gave the first couple of weeks, maybe even the first couple of days we met.
Another theme, and probably my favorite of the two is "The opening of a new chapter". This one can apply to the seniors as well as the juniors a little stronger than the first one. It's senior year for most of us, and we're all about to go off to another chapter in our life. For some, college. For others, living on your own and working. But the idea is that we're all moving on to bigger and possibly better things. The juniors will soon be the next seniors of the school, and by this time next year, they'll be the ones looking back at all the experiences they had with both their old school and their new school here at RCHS.
Just a thought ''/
